What you will learn in our workshops

Our workshops don't just teach theoretical knowledge, but above all practical experience. You work with real tools, install real applications, simulate failures, and learn how to diagnose and fix problems. All content is based on our best practices from daily operations of highly available systems. After each workshop, you'll have a solid foundation to continue working independently.

Frequently Asked Questions

All important information about our workshops at a glance.

How does the pricing model work?

Our workshops are charged per workshop day, not per participant. The daily rate is €2,499.95 excl. VAT - regardless of the number of participants. For multi-day workshops, the price multiplies accordingly (e.g., 4-day workshop = €9,999.80).

Is there a minimum or maximum number of participants?

There is no minimum number of participants - individual training is also possible. However, for optimal learning outcomes, we recommend groups of 3-8 participants. There is no strict upper limit, but for more than 12 participants, we may recommend an additional trainer.

Are workshops held remotely or on-site?

Both options are available. We offer workshops as remote sessions via video conference, or on-site - either at your premises or at our location. For on-site workshops, an additional daily rate of €299 excl. VAT applies for travel and organization.

What are the technical requirements?

Each participant needs their own device (Linux, Windows, or Mac) with the ability to install additional tools. For an additional fee, we can provide corresponding devices or virtual machines - just ask us.

Can workshop content be customized?

Yes, all our workshops can be tailored to your specific requirements. In a preliminary meeting, we clarify your goals and adapt the content accordingly. Custom workshops are calculated based on effort.

What language are the workshops held in?

Our workshops are held in German by default. Upon request, we also offer workshops in English - ideal for international teams.

Do participants receive a certificate?

Yes, each participant receives an ayedo Workshop Certificate upon successful completion as proof of the skills acquired.

What happens for workshops on our own infrastructure?

If you want to run the workshop on your own infrastructure, onboarding before the workshop is required. This covers access, network configuration, and any security clearances. Onboarding onto customer-specific infrastructure is billed by effort and takes place before the workshop date.

What are the on-site technical requirements at the customer location?

For on-site workshops we need: internet access (Wi-Fi or cable), a projector or display system for presentations, and optionally pre-provisioned infrastructure for hands-on exercises.

What does a workshop day look like?

A workshop day starts at 10:00 and ends by 16:00 at the latest. There is a 30-minute break mid-day. Short bio and smoke breaks are built in individually. Catering is provided throughout the day – please tell us about dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, allergies) in advance.

Is there course material beforehand?

No separate course material is provided in advance. Everything is created digitally during the workshop, downloaded, and refined as part of the working outcome for later use. You leave with practical artefacts, not theoretical handouts.
